It was a glorious dream jointly dreamt and fulfilled by the efforts of Mother Lucy Crescentia Mary, the then Mother General of St. Anne’s Congregation, Tiruchirapalli, and the philanthropist of the illustrious family of Jayaraj Chellathurai. It is named after his parents Jayaraj Annapackiam.
